Asake Devasted As He Announces Death Of Concertgoer Following London Show Incident

Music star, Asake announces the passing of one of his concert-goers following the incident at his London show. It will be recalled that Asake’s show at the O2 Brixton got interrupted following a security breach. It was learned that some persons broke the door which in turn resulted in a stampede that eventually led to the death of a concert goer.

The deceased has been identified as Rebecca Ikumelo, a mother of 2. Announcing her death, Asake took to his official Instagram page, where he penned a heartfelt note.

Asake wrote:

I am devastated by the news that Rebecca Ikumelo who was in a critical condition since Thursday has sadly passed away.
My sincerest condolences to her loved ones at this time. Let us please keep her family in our prayers. I have spoken to them and will continue to do so.
I am overwhelmed with grief and could never have imagined anything like this happening.
My team and I are still awaiting the full debrief back from the Venue management and the Police to determine what exactly led to all the disruption caused and ultimately to Rebecca’s passing.

Asake Breaks Silence Following Occurrence At London Show || Details!

Following the mishap at his London show, Asake has put out an official statement to pacify his fans and has sent his love to all those who were injured in the incident. You will recall that TooXclusive earlier reported that Asake’s London show got canceled by the organizers due to a security breach.

The talented Amapiano god was supposed to perform last night in London. Disappointingly, things did not quite go as planned as the show got ended abruptly. The organizers had stepped forward to address the crowd and according to them, there has been a breach of security. It was also recorded that some concertgoers were injured and have been hospitalized.

Asake wrote on Instagram:

My heart is with those who were injured last night and caused any form of discomfort. I pray you get well soonest. I am also in the process of reaching out to individuals.

I still do not have the full brief from the venue management themselves as to what led to the disruption at the entrance of The Brixton Academy, but we are thankful that all was peaceful at the end. For my people who enjoyed the beginning of my performance, I am sorry that it was cut short. Thank you for your unbelievable love London. I love you too much! I’m looking forward to seeing you again in a bit!
