2023 Governorship Election: Simi is not one to sugarcoat her words.
The singer took to Twitter to drag Lagos State Government for finally paying retirees their pension. In a post Shared by TVC, they revealed that Lagos State has paid 1.2 Billion Naira pension to retirees.
As expected, Nigerians began dragging Lagos State government for refusing to pay the pension all this while. They also recounted how some of this pensioners needed this money during times of need, but the government refused giving them.
Simi joined fellow Nigerians to drag Lagos State government who had the money, but refused to pay retirees. She also dragged the Governor and other officials for trying to use people’s pension to campaign for votes in the forthcoming election.
